OnSite Workshop
This program comes in two flavors. The most common is a comprehensive two-day “working session” in which participants will learn the elements of a world-class sales presentation and use an Executive Presentation Template to create a presentation designed to move a current active sales opportunity toward closure. On day two, each participant will deliver their presentation on camera and will receive general feedback from the group as well as specific one-on-one coaching from the instructor. Alternatively, the program can be delivered as a one-day workshop covering all the same material but without the second day of presentations.Web Workshop Series
This program can be delivered as a series of six (6) one-hour Web Workshops (web conferences). Participants are asked to prepare a sales presentation for an active sales opportunity using an Executive Presentation Template, walk through it with the group, and report on their success delivering it to the client.
